Basically, it’s a quirky crime drama
Mock runs away and tries to return to normal life. JD leaves early because corrupt officials want him to crack the safe. It tries very hard to be quirky.
It looks like a second-rate Coen brothers film
There are really a lot of actors at the highest level. The movie lost me for a while because of the monkey. I want to like the monkey, but he’s too stupid without being stupid enough.
