Termination of employment refers to the end of an employee’s contract with a company, whether voluntary or involuntary. The hiring agency is responsible to review the documents presented and ensure that they appear to be genuine and that they relate to the individual in question. Employment Eligibility Verification (I- – Acceptable Documents

Completing an Electronic I-9
