In the world of intelligence, in search of truth, it is difficult to tell the difference between reality and a reflection of it, an illusion if you will, as if one were in a “hall of mirrors”. I don’t understand all the negativity in the reviews

In the world of intelligence, in search of truth, it is difficult to tell the difference between reality and a reflection of it, an illusion if you will, like being in a “Hall of Mirrors.” Featured in Graham Norton Stars: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jalen Ngonda (2024). Yes, the pacing isn’t up to Bourne territory, but it’s suspenseful, fabulously acted, and holds the attention. Fassbender is excellent, too, and unlike most spy dramas, actually quite believable.

Please don’t let the negativity stop you from watching it, it’s definitely worth your time

I’ve never seen the French original before so forgive me for not giving a comparison but it would be a shame if a negative comparison would prevent any enjoyment from it. Perhaps the concerns about pacing are due to binge-watching culture, for you it’s probably slow and makes you want to watch multiple episodes in one go but I honestly don’t see a problem with that.
